The effects of creatine have nothing to do with it's presense in blood circulation, so injecting it would be pointless (and possibly dangerous).

The point to injection would be efficiency, injections are always more efficient than oral intake.... and how do you think it will get to the muscles if it doesn't go through the blood stream first?

Personally I don't think it's worth doing, cause I don't like injections very much... but hell it's definately possible, as long as you get it into solution...
