injectable l-glutamine???

i found this site for injectable l-glutamine and wanted some info on if it works and if its safe . has anyone had any experience with this as well.......this is the site with other vitamins as well GeroVitamins: Injectable Vitamins

Injectable is the only effective for of glutamine. It can not be obsorbed orally. The body makes glutamine from BCAA's so they would be better. And the new amino product coming out will be better yet.

So are you saying L-Glutamine powder is worthless. Maybe there is a typo in there that confused me, but thats what it sounds like.

Why do I and many other people I know recover faster while taking glutamine powder then?

When you take glutamine orally, about 98% of is wasted. Glutamine peptides is a little better. But you still get more from the BCAA's in whole protein. This has been a known fact for over 12 years but somehow, it keep slipping under the radar. Oral glutamine isn't worthless, but for the price, I'd put it at the bottom of my supplement list. In fact, I never use it.

Tests with injectable glutamine were actually administed, IV, but I wouldn;t suggest trying it.
