what are you doing to
1°) avoid strech marks
2°) make them disappear ?? I heard about surgery that should help to make them disappear...does one of you know that ?

I want to make mine disappear (I've them on my arms and 2 near my navel that I don't want to see anymore !!!!!!!! )

Topical Vit E or just internal. They are not likely to totally dissapear ever, but you can 'treat' them. I had purple stretch marks on my arms when I was younger, they are very well healed now, almost blended into the skin color totally, other than when pumped.

Mine suck too. Oh well I guess. If I ever get around to tanning my pasty ass they might subside some.

vitamin e and cocoa butter will help provent them. Retin-a and thiomuscase will help get rid of them or make them less visible (as will a tan)

Thiomuscase.. it would really work?

I've never heard anything about it.

Agreed. I started getting some stretch marks my last cycle and starting applying vitamin e with cocco butter cream at least once per day and they stopped getting much worse. They also faded a little. Time is the main factor though from my experience. Maybe I'll look into that mederma...

I've been using vit.e for a year or so now and i've seen no improvement...might have to give that mederma a try tho..some tanning lotions along w/ tanning can help..so i've read..i'm just hoping they dont get a whole lot worse when i finally start my 1st cycle.:good:

mederma is really good for new stretch marks altho the ones i had for a while don't really seem to fade as much... still not that expensive and can get it at about any pharmacy.

If the scars are OLD then they are most damn likely not going to heal much more without years behind you, my incidents stem nearly 10 years back and are still partially visible.
