Increase vert

Monday and wednesday train. Box jumps are good as well as squats and deadlifts. Alot of hip mobility work will do you good as jumping power is correlated with strong explosive hips. I have a vert program iwill link when at a computer.

thanks and definitely post the link when you have the time. im going to add box jumps and plyos to the workout above. also this is what i had in mind for when im playing basketball. any suggestions?

military press
curls
calve raises

tues:
plyos

Wed:
box squat
box jumps
dumbell bench
barbell rows
chin ups
 
Box Squats with bands were good to me, increasing explosive strength from the hole and being a natural athlete doesn't hurt any either.

also would it be ok if i get rid of box squats and instead do box jumps? or should i really do both?
