First off here are my stats once again. 25 years old, 5'9 170lbs, Peak 180, usually fluctuate between 160-175. 2 cycles with the past 2 years. First was Test E @ 250mg a week for 12 weeks. 2nd was this spring and was Beast 30mg 1-4, Test C 450-500 1-12, and finished with Var 9-13 @ 60mgs ed. Ran Forma, HCgenerate and N2guard while on. Busted my HCG. so I didnt kickstart PCT with it. PCT was Unleashed normally dosed, Forged Post Cycle normally dosed, and then straight into bridge double-dosed. Before I get bashed and criticized about not running low dose clomid, and HCG for PCT. I know I should have. Things happen and well I didn't and that's in the past. I can't change it now but I want honest opinions on what to do and which direction to go from here instead of getting hammered for not doing this or doing that. Its in the books now and I'm looking to move forward in the best possible direction.
So as of the past few months after finishing bridge and I guess all the AAS clearing my system I've felt moody, irritable, lethargic, sex drive has diminished and my mental concentration and clarity has been slim to none. Well, I went and had bloodwork done a few weeks ago (Bloodwork was fine before this last cycle btw) and well, everything was fine, cholesterols, Vitamin -D, TSH, etc were all fine, my insulin was a little low but doing crazy. On the other hand, My Total Test was extremely low 72 ng/dl (241-950 being the normal range for that particular lab).
So I went to my urologist and got a check up, told him my mostly my situation and he examined my and ordered for for LH, Total Test, and Prolactin to be measured again, which was 2 weeks ago and my levels came back as such:
Total Testosterone: 198 ng/dL (300-950)
LH: 1.1 mlU/L (1.8-12.1)
Prolactin: 6.7 (3.1-17.8)
*normal reference ranges may be a little off, im going by memory, I don't have the copy with my right now. but as you can tell my Test and LH is way low esp. for my age. So he called for an MRI to be to check for a tumor of my Pituitary gland which thankfully just came back negative. So i'm shut down, nuts are i'd say back to normal size, just low sex drive, no stamina or strength in the gym, fatigue, tired, mentally drained, etc. They want me to come back in take a shot of Test, and start on Axiron @ 60mg a day (TRT). My concern is before I get going on this if this is the best idea, given the circumstances, my age, etc. I am not married, plan to get married and have kids at some point in the next 5 years when/if things fall into place. I have contacted an Endo about the situation and would like to do more detailed blood work since my URO only check LH, Test, and Prolactin. My E2, Estradiol, and so forth have not been measured. Obviously my Hypothalumus/Pituitary function is shut down and not releasing enough LH to signal my testes to produce Test.
That being the situation and given the circumstances what would you guys on hear recommend to safely and efficiently get back on the right track to recovering and going about this the right way. Natural Supplement route, TRT and then maybe run an aggressive PCT, TRT and Hcg and an AI, just Hcg or hmg and a SERM, get an appt with an Endo and do more bloodwork and follow his regimen, even though i know half of em these days will just want to throw me on or keep me on Axiron or weekly injections and then do more bloodwork. I'm just concerned and don't want to be put on TRT at 25 and have to continue or take HRT/TRT just to be normal, and i worry about fertility, etc. Not to mention the cost. I know it's my fault for running AAS at my age and all of which I listed above but I know there are some guys on here who have been in this game for a long time and dealt with or knew people who have dealt with a situation like this and I'd like to hear some feedback. Thanks.
