;) ;) i have only squatted 3 times so far and with no help and i squatted 135 for 3x3 is my new pr i weigh 155 im so happy :qt: :qt: there is not very many women around here who do this stuff so im happy with myself

my honey was like " baby that is soooooo good im really proud of you, i have never had a gf do that they usually have trouble lifting even the bar :p "
he is such a good coach for me, i used to have such horrible problems with social anxiety so going to the gym in front of anymore than 3 people and i would be sick to my stomach, i do have some problems with that whole thing and benching though but he is helping me. after today im really excited to push myself and see what i can really do, i was really surprised at my progress today when he told me how much i did , even with a sore hip. by the way do all women have that problem? i work alot in platform shoes and in the last 4 months is when i started feeling the pain, it really hurts when i sit cross legged on the floor at home. my job requires us to wear tall shoes so im wondering if its from that. any ideas?

thanks ladys i need all the motivation i can get

i have been to the gym 4 times this week and 3 out of the 4 days i have done an ab workout and they are kind of sore today, im infatuated with my tummy as far as how i want it to look, i noticed i do have some definition and cant wait to see the results down the road.

Dakotah...you sound like me! I have only been to the gym twice since my honey left cuz I hate having people stare and the creepy guys oggle while I'm working out. It's distracting. I'm gonna get over that this week and force myself since I am becoming disgusted with my laziness and excuses!
Good job on the squats! I think the most I ever squatted was maybe 90 lbs!! You rock! Try taking some Glucosamine for your hip...it's good for the joints. :)

BTW -- how do you squat?? Smith machine, free weight, etc..... I'm jealous!! LOL
