i dont like my quads either but i found the right spot and its now less scary. use a 25 or 27 gauge, 3/4 inch since you're lean.

Im with you, my cycles have either been ED or EOD and I do get sick of injecting after a few weeks. It seems after a few weeks I keep hitting nerves and veins and the scar tissue in quads got bad last cycle. Just on Var now, i needed a rest from the pins.

i never tried delts, just quads and glutes. i dont think i ever hit a nerve b4, quad shots are easier for me because i dont have to twist around like with glute shots, but quad shots always seem to be more sore after the injection.

My first cycle I did fina EOD and loved every shot, probably because I was just starting out.

I've hit a nerve in my quad and pec and it will scare the shit out of you when it happens. I think I was shooting fina in my quad when I hit the nerve and my leg started jumpin around. I hit a nerve in my pec when I was hitting PGF2A and it threw my insulin pin across the bathroom! Let me tell you, PGF2A will make you SICK of injections.

Damn, I like injecting - kinda look forward to it. And when it hurts, I just tell myself that's just the medicine workin'. Never had a serious problem, maybe I'm just lucky but the pain never is really bad enough to slow me down.
