I'm sure you mean you can hold 215 for an 8-second static hold. I've seen those anorexic pictures man. Unless you forgot a decimal point somewhere, you are not pressing 215 x 8...especially with that split you posted on your thread about the 10+ exercises you used to do for each body part 1x/week. For real though, I hope you do well in the 5x5 and maybe get some insight on what a real program is like. Maybe then you'll grow up and stop with these ridiculous comments.
