im feeling down latlely i need everybros support on EF

heres the catch, i take 1.5 months off last year during august septemeber due to injury, cycled november to end of january 2009 came back strong got my body back and was stronger than ever felt fantastic, im currently overseas right now family holiday, not on juice for about 3 weeks, havent gymed for about 3 weeks, getting gyno surgery soon so will be out of gym another three weeks and off sauce too,so thats nealry two months of nothing, and im going backwards again , it sucks so much im depressed and been taking diazapam to relax me, i was planinng to comepte this year and fully bulk up but i keep going backwards, i have gone smaller again and put on bit of fat, im doing pct here where i am, well the only thing that will make me happy is if the surgery goes well soi dont worry about gyno agina and hindering gains.

please bros make me think positive as this is very hard on me,

Nothing to worry about. I've taken time off before. If anything, it's going to be good for you, make you miss the gym and the iron even more, and you'll hit it twice as strong when you're back. Take this time off as time to learn what you're body is capable off, get your diet in check, make sure you rest at night, and read up on different workout routines, look at pictures, talk to bodybuilders, and make sure you walk by a gym every couple of days to keep you thinking about it and not to let yourself get lazy. Trust me, no need to be depressed, when you get back, two weeks and you'll be stronger than ever.

You can either worry about it and feel bad or accept it and move on. Nothing you can do will change the fact that you can't work out for a while, so you'll have to learn to deal with it.

i am a firm believer in "muscle memory". you will get back to your goal, faster than u think!

Bro, send me a PM anytime if you want to talk. If been injured a shitload of times and always got back in shape in no time. Your body will remember. Your muscles will remember the wars and battles with the iron in the gym :evil: You'll be back - stay strong, keep the faith.
 
Goku, I had been hitting it hard and juicing for years then I ended up this last october going in for surgery for an imbilical hernia. I had to go off the juice weeks before the surgery and was not aloud to hit the weights for 8 to 10 weeks after the surgery. In my mind I was right where you are now. I was seeing major drop off in size and my shape just went to shit in no time. On top of that the test which was elevating my mood was gone so I mentally was getting a mind fuck which sounds like is happening to you. I can promise you this. Don't sweat it. Your going to come back strong and very quickly. I'm already back to where I was and it came back very quickly. You will also have the benefit of having phycically rested your body for these last few months and will mentally and physically be able to go balls out again when you start training. So just go with it...don't stress it...You will come back bigger and stronger....Quickly.

I Tore a delt and bicep both at the same time,couldn't even lift my arm for over a year,(nerves were torn also)
Muscle memory is a wonderful thing i was back to 90% in about 3 months, If you ever want to talk i'm just a pm away!

stay on low doses of test between cycles. gyno surgery shouldnt keep you out of the gym.

hey bro thanks man, last few days my aunties and cuzins came and visit me from there village all to were im on holiday, fist time i have EVER seen them , today they left and i miss them so much ,all the juice is out of my body and man i think my estro is high cause man i was in tears, i hope to see them again in the near future
 
this will make you hit the iron twice as hard when you come back. think about it everyday! i'm sure you will be fine bro. dont let NOTHING get in the way of your goals and dreams. they are always possible!
 
bro, i have a little saying....dont dwell on shit you have no control over bro, this helps me out alot bro....i've been out of training for almost 2 years got a little fat on me now and i'm 5 grand in debt..........just dont dwell bro and try to keep a smile on your face and eveyrthing is going to be allright bro.
