I'm back...as if anyone cares!

I have been away from Elite for a couple of weeks. Just wanted to tell everyone what has been going on. Since I have been doing most of my posting on this section of the board, I just thought I would post it here.

My girl and I have just gotten moved from Illinois to Maryland. I don't know if any of you have moved halfway across the country before, but I can assure you, it is definitely something that tests a relationship. I had lived in Illinois my entire life (being born in suburban Chicago), and residing in a small town east of Rock Island/Moline/East Moline, and Davenport, Iowa. The town I lived in had one stoplight until a few years ago, and didn't really require any more than that. Everyone in my senior class, I can still call by name. Even nearly 20 years later now. It's a huge adjustment for me. We are living in Annapolis, and for me, the traffic is just unbearable. It's almost as if the population of this area is exceeding some of the roads by two and three times what they can handle, and it is impossible to do anything about it.

What's everyone else up to?

Welcome to MD bro! I'm not far from you at all, just east of Annapolis. How do you like the water? Main St. is a kick ass place to hang out by the dock. Pretty cool bars too!

Yeah, traffic does suck, but that the norm anywhere around the beltway. I work from home most of the time so I'm spared the headache!

Good luck!

welcome back marshmellow man.

No, it's the 18 watt 2x12" combo.

I was just speakin' everyday peeps language. It looks like a Bluesbreaker, but it's ohhh so much more desirable. If you've ever tried to play blues in certain settings and get the right sound out of a Bluesbreaker, you know what I'm sayin'. Basically, 18 watts is enough juice to get the job done.

I hope so, because I'm building an 18W clone right now.

Where'd you get your stuff? That's pretty cool! I know a couple of places that offer kits like that, but was just curious where you got yours.
