We're in the same boat my man. The past year has been CRAZY. I've been working 6 and 7 days a week flipping houses. Things have finally slowed down and I have time to consistantly get back in the gym.

Seeing some familiar faces like u and carth in the same thread almost blew my mind. It's been a long time bro. How have u been?
