Your muscles don't get used to a certain routine, they get used to a certain WEIGHT. That's why you increase the weight/reps each session to BUILD MUSCLE.
 
man why do you have to keep putting down my training methods. Just because I say I change it up doesn't mean I change it up every time I lift. I go for about 2-3 months on each one. I don't just say I feel like doing this today. This post has nothing to do with my training methods. I just wanted info on ways to help put on weight with supplements or gear and diet.
 
i like to buy chicken in bulk, marinate it for a day or two, then eat like five to seven a day, plus a couple cans of tuna fish and a ton of egg whites. In regards to carbs, i hate pasta, but found that if i eat alot of brown rice or pasta i am able to get the needed carbs for gaining weight.

Thanks for the post bigpbear. I'm going to eat a ton of chicken and pasta every day. I hate tuna fish so there is no way I will eat tuna. How do you eat the egg whites, just plain fried?

Anyone else have any good ideas on food products that are the best to eat while trying to gain weight.
 
To tell you guys the truth, I'm only 20 just turned about 3 days ago. I didn't want to put my real age because I didn't want that to be an issue of why not to take. I've been lifting hard since I was 16.
Right now my bench press is around 255-260, not sure what my squat is (it hurts my back too much) (Senior year of HS i did 355 deap squat, which was #1 in my high school for deep squat). So my training methods are good debaser. When I started I was benching 145 and in 4 years I have went all the way to 260 without any roids just creatine.

I just need to learn how to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
dude, i am not going to flame you like some guys on here. i am a hard gainer like you too. my strengths will go through the roof but i can not get big for nothing. i dont have the "genetics" which will decide what your body wants to naturally do.

that being said. yes, you can gain 20 lbs off of test alone... i would run test enen/cyp at 400 mg/wk for 8-10 weeks. do this and follow it up with some post cycle theorpy of clomid 2 weeks after last shot and it should work.

as far as side effects go...take some liquidex while on it and this should take care of bloat. and for hairloss sawpalmeto is suppose to help fight dht... also go to this website and get some finasteride http://www.inhousepharmacy.com/hair-loss/fincar.html

what about the acne from test(anyway to fight it) and would it be alright to do nolvadex instead of clomid

If i continue to train hard, am I able to keep the gains once i come off?
 
i found that taking 2-3 showers a day helped keep the acne down. and i have oily skin naturally. however some people dont get bad acne while others break out badly. either way it will go away when you get off of it. i'm sure you could take some proactive or whatever that stuff is called if you were really worried about it. but i dont think it will be that bad.
