I'm a first time user!!! Really need help

Ok ive done tons of research on the website. I think Ive read every article on here, but couldn't really find a article that fully satisfied my needs.

Ok. I'm an athlete. 5'10 160lbs 22 years old. I've worked out 3-4 days a week for about 5 years. I've taken creatine and protein, and I can't find a way to put on weight. I need more weight to compete with other athletes my age.
I'm trying to come up with a light cycle, maybe one or two products, that will produce good mass gains without many side effects. I'm a little nervous about the injections, so i would rather take oral if possible, will do injections if necessary.
I just need something that is going to help me put on weight and maybe a little more strength. I'm also scarced of hair-loss since it runs in my family.
All the cycles I could find on here were massive cycles for body builders, i just want something basic, only looking to gain a good 20lbs over 4 to 6 months with high training and good eating. Looking for something that helps put on weight and I'm able to keep the weight once I come off with intessive training.

Could someone please list a good cycle for me to take and the least expensive. I don't want much, just a one time deal.

I need all the help and advice I can get.

What type of training, what frequency,just strength or explosiveness,post up your daily diet,what food, calories, nutrientsie, Protein/carb/fat ratios and maybe the wiser heads here can help you bust the plateu.
 
Twenty pounds should be easy to do if you just increase your calories. Track what you are eating right now and see how many calories you are taking in. Bump it 500 calories every 2 weeks and watch yourself grow. I went from 185 to 225 naturally over 1.5 years by doing this simple routine. I don't think a cycle is what you need. You still have a long way to go before exhausting your natural ability.
 
I would also suggest ampping out a solid eating plan, you need calories to grom, you are probably not getting enough cals.
 
i agree with monkey arms and prometl you are still young and can swtill grow naturally you need to get your diet and training down pat before your hit a cycle any way.if you dont find what works for you naturally how do you expect to make and keep gains from any cycle post up your diet and lets see what your eatin im sure its not enough to grow at the age of 22 you defineteley have more potential to grow whatever choices you make good luck but remember steroids are not magic pills or injections your diet training and recouperation have to be 110%
