People keep posting about training and workouts. Although these are helpful, Training is not my problem. I have been lifting for just about 4 solid years. I have read lots of articles on lifting and I'm set with my training methods.
I think my sole problem is not eating enough. I am going to try to up my intake and continue my training.
Big bodies are built with forks! Eat, Eat, and Eat some more. Quality food and protein about every 3 hours or so. Eat big to get big.
