I'm a first time user!!! Really need help

im 260lbs and im 21, i gained all of it by eating 8000+ cals a day, trust me bro, if you eat, you'll gain weight

Ok im 22 as well. Ive been training since i was 17. I used to weight 60kg (approx 133lbs) back in the day. I got that up to 75kg (approx 166lbs) by the time i was 19. Im now 100kg (approx 222lbs). Im not saying that ive put on 40kg of muscle. No im about 16% BF. BUt best thing to do is to up your calories by at least 500 and keep on upping it every few weeks or months. I tend to not overindulge in carbs after 6pm. But throughout the day i have plenty of carbs and protein. Try to avoid fat. I have a handful of peanuts every day for unsaturated fats. Thats ur diet. If u limit fat then u should be alright. I also eat 6 times a day sometimes more. I just had my first cycle and must say i did it because the gains i was getting from the gym were getting slower and slower. I used to shock my muscles by changing intensity, days workouts and it really helped. I also eat at different times and different quantities just so my body doesnt get used to a set plan. So one day a big breakfast small lunch medium dinner (with snacks in between each one) then next day small breakfast medium lunch big dinner. Some people may not agree doing this kinda stuff helps but i think u gotta try ur best at fuck*ng ur body up and confusing it so that it doesnt fall into a pattern. I would suggest (not that im that experienced in AS'S) you keep trying without AS's (but work really hard) and if that doesnt give you the gains you want then maybe do a really simple cycle of just Deca and Dianabol. But there are plenty of pros here who can give you better advice from first hand knowledge. By the way, Clean, you are a funny character. You made me laugh with "Again, you r an idiot". HAHAHAHAHA

Fuck both you. You people act like lifting with a good diet when your 20 while natural is even comparable to using AAS. I don't see reason he should wait.

lol-really is an idiot

what ya'll think if I just took anavar. I know it is meant for children so it really doesn't have any side effects. I'm going to up my calorie intake 500-1000 more calories a day also.

If you just take anavar you will undoubtably become stronger. As far as weight gain It is all dependent on your diet. The problem I forsee is you becoming psychologicly connected to AAS. I would hate to see you think that you cannot compete without them when infact just by training harder and eating better you can achieve your goals. There is no doubt that a 22 year old can use steroids. It is not the physical aspects that concern me. It is at age 22 you may think you are mentally ready but the truth is you have alot of "growing up" to do. I only say this out of my own experience. If you establish good training and eating habits now...and it sounds like you are well on your way... the benefits and rewards will come without AAS. Once you head down that path there is little chance of turning back. Good Luck with your decision.

5'10'' @ 160lbs...........start eating more. you can gain 20 lbs naturally in 4-6 months if you only weigh 160lbs. If you want you could do 500mg of test or 400-600mg of EQ for 10 -12 weeks. As for anavar i wouldn't do it. It most likely will cost you way to much to try and gain 20 lbs

that is good advice. I weighed about 155 and I am 5 10. I ate like crazy and grew naturally . I always thought I was eating a lot and after I really started counting everything it became obvious that I was starving my body. I worked my ass off and didnt see results. Once I woke up and began eating the right stuff and the right amount, I began to grow quite a bit. It took me about 6 to 8 months but I went to almost 180. My b/f didnt jump and I got stronger too. I was 23 when I started learning about all of this and I learn more every day. Good luck with whatever your choices will be.

I would wait till you're at least 200 lbs (around 10-12% BF or less) before you touch any illegal supplementation.

You need to realize how important diet is to training. I'll be willing to bet your training itself is sorely lacking, as well. I subscribe to higher frequency, low volume training myself. I'll have hit the 2 years worth of training mark in a month or two, and will have gone from 165 to a peak of 235 (some fat but mostly muscle). Right now I'm cutting. This is all natural by the way, and I plan on never touching drugs, at least for a few more years (I'm not naive enough to claim that I'll never be tempted by that time).

Forget even isolation exercises. I rarely do them myself, and my arms are one of my better bodyparts. If I were you, I would train something like this:

The scheme will be sets of 8, and failure should only be reached on the last set. This means that the other sets should be very tough, but not brutally so. Once you make all sets of 8, add 5 lbs to the bar. If you don't make all your reps, stay at that weight. Rest 3 minutes or so between sets. Simple enough?

Monday:

Bench Press - 3 x 8
Barbell or hammer machine row (trap emphasis rather than lats) - 3 x 8
Overhead Press - 2 x 8
Parallel grip chinup (use weight assisted machine if not strong enough) - 2 x 8

Wednesday:

Deep squat (below parallel) - 3 x 8
Romanian deadlift - 2 x 8
Calf raises - 3 x 8 (if you must, but I probably wouldn't even do them)
Incline crunches - 2 x 8
Side bends - 2 x 8

Friday:

Repeat Monday

Take the weekend off, and start Monday with the leg day again. So you're always alternating back and forth.

LEARN PROPER FORM. Many of these exercises (especially deep squatting) can be injurious if you neglect your form. Don't cheat on form, you'll regret it.

As for diet, we're shooting for 20 times your bodyweight in calories. This is 3200 a day. We're going to go for around a 40% protein, 30% fat and carb ratio. Try and limit your junk intake, but don't be super strict (i.e. get 2 double cheeseburgers from McDonalds, but forget the fries). Protein shakes (and toss in a tablespoon or 2 of extra virgin olive oil for healthful fat and upped calories) will make it easier to meet your caloric goals.

Supplements: A good multivitamin (I use twinlab dualtabs), a Vitamin E liquigel (2 of these a day, again I use twinlab's). Perhaps Vitamin C. I want to keep it fairly simple. Maybe creatine as well, but you should be spending extra money on food instead of supplements.

Once you get in the habit, I guarantee that your weight will EXPLODE if you follow this routine religiously. I wouldn't be surprised if you put on at least 30 lbs in 6 months, with little fat. Do yourself a favor and forego the gear and exploit your natural potential.

Obviously you are stubborn and can't see other valid arguments as to why he shouldn't do steroids now. I don't even feel like explaining anything to you now. Again, you are an idiot.

:lmao:

I guess he missed that the guy is 5'10" and only 160lbs. PLENTY of room to grow naturally from proper diet and training. The rush to AAS without either of those is a waste of time and money...

This is alot of usually information for me, thanks guys.
People keep posting about training and workouts. Although these are helpful, Training is not my problem. I have been lifting for just about 4 solid years. I have read lots of articles on lifting and I'm set with my training methods.

I think my sole problem is not eating enough. I am going to try to up my intake and continue my training.
