igf-1 lr3 directions ?

i have 2ml of acetic acid and 30ml of sterile water.
i have a 1000mcg vial of lr3 igf-1.

how do i mix and use this safely?
i have done research but haven't found any consistant answers!
any help would be much appreciated!

ok cool that seems simple enough! i know that i should split the dose into an a.m./pwo protocol.
when i take my shot do i just draw into my insulin syrninge 10 i.u. and then fill the rest of my syringe up with sterile water ? ( to make sure i get it all into the muscle )?

No you dont draw 10 ius. If you reconstitute with 1ml of acetic acid then every tick/iu mark on the syringe will be equal to 10mcg of igf 1. It would be better to reconstitute with 2ml of acetic acid and this will make every tick/iu mark equal to 5mcg (if you are using .5cc syringe with 50 marks and not a 1cc syringe with 50 marks).

There is also no need to split the dosage into am.post workout. Just shoot it all post workout, a good starting dose would be 40mcg/day split bilateraly into muscle just worked.

So you would 20-30 ticks of water and then draw 4 ticks of IGF reconstituted with 2ml acetic acid (if using a .5cc syringe) or 2 ticks (if using a 1cc syringe) This will give you one shot of 20mcg, use a new syringe for the other side shot.

i mixed 4ml sterile water with my 1mg IGF 1LR3.

i have a 100ml or 1cc syringe.

how many ml do i draw in my syring to get 20 mcg?

Depends how many mcg's are in the vial.
