IGF-1 - Is it any good?

Yo guys, i'm thinking of buying igf-1a to stay lean and mean for the summer. Because it's legit sup i have my doubts. Anybody try the shit yet?
Also, prohormones and legal hgh, waste of money right?

I assume you are talking about some dumbass supp since you say it is legal, in which case it is a total waste. There is no natural supp that can have a direct effect on IGF-1 release, only insulin can do that.

In case you were talking about actual IGF-1, I think you best do some serious searching on the consequences of injecting that stuff ...
