Hey guys, thanks for the support. It is amazing the stupid shit that can go wrong. I would have been in the emergency room getting my quad cut open to have a needle removed, now that really would have fucked up my training.

And YES J-I saved the sauce. It all went into my thigh, I just did not realize it b/c of the way the needle worked.

Funny that you remeber that, but I have some very bad news, the bunny had to be put to sleep this week. It crushed me, he was 8 yrs old and a good friend.

Old age and bad health. I should have kept him on the sauce. He will be missed, he was my injection friend!
