If you had to choose between only these two ways of losing fat, which one?

If you could only do either of these methods for losing fat, which do you choose:

1. No cardio, but diet is best it can be.
2. Do cardio, but diet wont be as good as it could be.

I know I don't have the diet discipline to do it any other way, plus I enjoy cardio. I setup my bike in front of the big tv and pedal away.

Depends on how lean I want to get. At a certain threshold you cant continue to get leaner w/o at least some cardio. If I'm not trying to get super ripped though, I much prefer a really clean caloric deficient diet with just a few hours of cardio each week to maintain some decent cardio conditioning.
