If you had to choose between only these two ways of losing fat, which one?

If you could only do either of these methods for losing fat, which do you choose:

1. No cardio, but diet is best it can be.
2. Do cardio, but diet wont be as good as it could be.

i saw your pics, you don't need to lose any fat.

cardio and a semi crappy diet FTW! works for me anyways.

gotta always be with the mindset of improving. and since i am going to start hitting the roids again, diet is going to be crucial to keep the fat/bloat down
 
diet no cardio. you can train with weights while dieting down in a method that will help preserve muscle mass and help cut fat at the same time. it is also good for cardiovascular health. but thats only if i had to chose one of the two options.
