If you grow at night then why eat BIG all day long?

i just bang down a metrx APM 60 before bed....60 grams of protein mostly slow release, and no carbs. and a little flax oil with it. keeps your protein flowing until piss break time when i drink a 20 gram shot of whey middle of the night.

you'd be suprised. all i do all day is think about protein and supplements and steroids and training and when to take what and how much and etc (and girls and racing now and then :D)...........i have a VERY overactive mind, but that is good because i get my shit straight and planned out perfect for the most part. :)

yeah....I would say 99% of the time I'm thinking of gear, diet, training, gear, more gear, how I can make more money to get more gear, what kind of gear I'll get.....well, you get the idea
 
I agree with Warbird. I drink a good slow-release protein shake (I use Micelean, a 7-hour release protein) right before bed, mixed with some flax oil and 1% milk. If I wake up hungry in the middle of the night, which I often do on a bulking cycle, I'll have a protein bar and a glass of milk or something like that and then go right back to bed.

I'm in the same boat too--thinking, dreaming, planning about training, gear, eating and getting BIGGER all the time. It's become an obsession. I just weighed myself at the gym tonight, and I've hit 250# for the first time in my life! :) :) :) Some bloat on this cycle, but not much. Really good solid gains.

i have been concentrating lately on the getting money to pay back the money i spent on this cycle...and how to get money for the next one.... and i won't tell you some of the things i got to do (and no its not prostituting myself, lol :devil: )

congrats on that. i am hoping to hit 200# really tight with this cycle (first real one)....i am 5'8" and i believe you are over 6"...so similar milestones i guess. too bad this obsession can take away from your personal life much of the time. my friends don't understand why i never want to go out and have fun....and i don't understand it either. :freak: i was an anti-social freak before the BB obsession though. :)

I hear ya on that one bro. I've been bulkking for the last 4 weeks or so...eating my face off from 8am to midnight. I'm natural, but I've definitely been gaining weight. I'm up about 12lbs and I'm guessing it's about 50/50 lean/fat. I know I'm bigger in my shoulders and back...shirts definitely don't fit the same. The problem is that my pants 32"s are getting very tight and a few pairs don't fit at all...and that is killing me! I know I can burn it back off, but it's so hard to keep going knowing that I'm getting fat...cause I've been very lean for the past year or so. Abs are all but gone...well, just covered actually. I'm going to go into a cutting mode now and start cardio again and cut back on the calories some.

Thanks much! This obsession is VERY time-consuming, isn't it! About the only thing I do with friends now is go out to EAT, and even that isn't too often. (Gotta save money for gear! :D )

Sucks to be you.We have a 24hr drive threw here,not that i use it.:p

One thing i tried that got me leaner than ive ever been was to seperate your protien/fat meals from your carb/sugar meals.It takes alot of planning and its tough to eat that way cause nobody else does.And eat lots of greens to keep the pipes cleaned out.
