If you grow at night then why eat BIG all day long?

Protein loading before bed is not a bad idea, but your body needs more than protein to grow. By eating BIG all day long, you can ensure that you are supplying your body with all the essential vitamins, minerals and calories that your body need to re builld muscle tissue that is being broken down when working out. If I were you, I would throw down a protein shake before bed time. Sure beats carbs!
 
I make my best gains by hitting some real protien before bed. Chicken, fish. tuna steak and some EFA supps. you on.
 
My last meal for the night is always a tuna sandwich which chips and juice. Combination of protein and carbs. Carbs are assential for growing more than some people think.
 
I knew all that crap!

I was hoping you guys would lie to me and say that is a great idea! LOL. I am eating all the time. I am getting a belly and I can not stand it. I try to eat clean, but it is nearly impossible not to eat bad carbs on occassion. I know you can't bulk (have your cake) and get LBM (and eat it to). But my abs are dissappearing and my 30" waist is nearing 31". I want to be 182, 30" Waist, 9%BF @ 5' 8". I am only six lbs away but not just muscle! Damn this is hard!!!

yep....protein and definately carbs...my last meal before bed is chicken and brown rice (I'm cutting)....if I was bulking there would be some fat in there......
