if you could only do one excersice what would it be

simply gotta be deadlift. I train a lot cause I like how it makes me look but if I could only do one lift I would want to do the one that hits the most muscle groups and that would be deadlift
 
Deads, plus I love putting on a show when do them, nothing like the sound of all those plates crashing together.
 
I'd do a variation of the deadlift: Wide-Grip Deadlifts off a 4-inch platform.Because of the increased range of motion, these hit the legs alot more than regular deads.Also, because of the wide grip, I feel it more in the upper back.Definetly a great overall exercise.
 
It would have to be barbell curls. I would do 20 sets for 8 reps each with the most amount of weight I could put on the bar... TRhen I would throw the weight as much as possible so it looked like i was doing the limbo.....:D :D :D
 
The Electric Chair, but I'd lower the amperage. Have you ever noticed what a total muscle contraction someone gets when they throw the switch on them.
 
Clean and Jerk. I know this is not a powerlifting board. But if I could only do one exercise, it would be that. You could get big from it.
 
none of the above, i would choose to do power cleans, they involve more muscles than the above choices.if i had to choose one of those, it would be deadlifts, i love deadlifting.
I can get 420lbs up for 2 reps now.
 
i would have to say tricep kick backs or maybe the hip abductor machine. i didn't really start getting BIG until i incorporated both of these movements into my training.
 
Well, out of that list, id have to say bench. but im a big shoulder fanatic. so my favorite overall would probably military press or front raises.

oh hell yeah. i have learned the pleasure of being so out of breath and dizzy, you think youre gonna pass out. and im a lightweight, 185 for 8. cant wait til i get to 2 wheels, thats impressive.

im thinking the multi angle hip blaster machine because it hits:

hip flexors
glutes
adductors
abductors

AND......recently i saw that you can use it train your

NECK!!! (thats right some jackass was using it for that)
