I have been thinking for years that I had gyno. I went to see a doc the other day and she said that I have no signs of gyno. My nips are smooth and it makes my chest look fat, when they are hard my chest looks fine. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

I think that it looks like gyno, but there is no lump and it is not painful.

You probably just got puffy nipples.. i got the exact same thing.. when they hard .. my chest looks tight.. but when they aren't, they kinda point outwards.. It's sorta going away now that i'm focusing more on working my chest and lowering body fat.. but i don't know if it'll get rid of it completely..

My doc told me its not technically Gynomastia but estrogenic fat placement, and it can be dieted off like regular fat, Good luck
