If on TRT, does time on = time off ?

Okay, I have heard that time on equals time off. This is to allow your natural levels to go back to normal, and to prevent your androgen receptors from becoming used to the AS. However, what if you are on TRT for life? You don't need time for your natural levels to go back to norm.

For example... does someone run say 500mgs of test per week for 10 weeks, then go to 100mgs per test for say 5 weeks, and alternate to prevent androgen insensitivity?

TRT means Testosterone Replacement Therapy
so no, you are never coming off. Whatever you are taking for TRT becomes your baseline amount. So if you are on 100mg a week TRT then you are never coming off that amount even if you cycle.

I'd say you should stay off longer.

Using the mentality that "you're on TRT anyway" why not do a 500 mgs a week non stop?

I was always curious about TRT. If you’re on it, doesn’t your doctor monitor your test levels? If so, how do you go about doing a “blast” without your doc knowing?

You are talking about blast and cruise. TRT is a doctor monitored and steady dose.

Thats the whole point of TRT. If you are in your 40s-50s or whatever and have clinically low test levels, then you get your doc to prescribe you TRT and thats the end of it.
But since this is a juicer board, there are guys who just start TRT for the hell of it, or use it for bridging until the next cycle and call it TRT, then also cycle.

well running too much test will put strain on your body and also you will be dealing with side effects. most common sides of high test levels are aggression, estrogen related sides, insomnia, high bp, strained kidney values, etc etc. so its a good idea even if you are on TRT/HRT to run the proper amount to keep your test levels normal. so knowing this it is a bad idea to run a gram of test for a long time straight, it will HURT your quality of living if you are gonna have these sides.
