i started pumpin around 18 years old.
but i didnt know shit about trainin/diet/or gear.

so it was an on/off affair with weights til a few years back when it naturally became part of my lifestyle.

now i see a bunch of dudes who think they can just come in and out and maintain top shape. it doesnt work like that.

so i strongly suggest you take a deep look inside and ask:

'do i enjoy this enough to incoroporate it into my daily routinte?'

if yes.. stay and enjoy.
in no, go home.. save some, money, and dissapointment.

i think you are 100% right on this.

I agree, it is funny to go to the same gym for years and see people leave and never come back. People don't have the motivation to stay with anything, especially the New Year's resolution crowd, here today gone tomorrow.

It was funny at the gym I used to work at. I was there for about 3 years and I kid you not just off the top of my head I can name 7 members who came in every year around new years, lasted a month or two then came back next year.

Yeah, I agree with all you guys. Bodybuilding is an art form, it takes time to sculpt the physique. It takes time, commitment and dedication, you train, eat and sleep properly. Then you assess your achievements, goals and always there is room for improvement!!

peace bros
