i started pumpin around 18 years old.
but i didnt know shit about trainin/diet/or gear.

so it was an on/off affair with weights til a few years back when it naturally became part of my lifestyle.

now i see a bunch of dudes who think they can just come in and out and maintain top shape. it doesnt work like that.

so i strongly suggest you take a deep look inside and ask:

'do i enjoy this enough to incoroporate it into my daily routinte?'

if yes.. stay and enjoy.
in no, go home.. save some, money, and dissapointment.

Like an artist has to create art...a bodybuilder has to train. Drawn to the gym like a bee to a flower.

400mg primo/400mg deca per week worked very effectively last cycle and thats the cycle i plan on doin next.

Well said. I honestly think that it takes years just to learn how to train properly and execute your exerices correctly. Diet and everything else involved just gets added to the recipe. It takes years to get your shit together, and to learn how to fit it into your lifestyle.

I agree 100%. I've been in the gym since I was 15 and have trained very hard at times, experimented with diets, different routines, etc, etc. I'm 32 now and still feel like there is alot for me to learn but one thing I know for sure, that there is no replacement for consistency, with out it you'll NEVER see any true results.
