I was a victim of a terrorist attack

I was at a bar one time bumping and grinding with some hottie when these 2 cops come onto the dance floor and asked me to go outside. When I got outside, they asked me if I "holding dope". I asked them what the fuck they meant by that cause at the time, I didnt understand their terminology. Anyway, they explained that they thought I had dope on me. First of all, the only kind of so called dope I have ever messed with was x, and 2nd of all, I wouldn't be stupid enough to carry it with me into a bar. Anyway, I asked them what made them think that and they replied that someone had "told" them I had it on me. So, I had to get patted down and damn near practically stripped searched right there in front of the bar with people coming and going. Of course I did all of this under protest but I was young at the time and didn't have enough sence to call an attorney. After they thoroughly searched me, they let me go. They were total smart asses the whole time. I dont know if someone really said that to them, and even if they did, that shouldn't be legal. Or if they were just jealous fuckers. Whatever it was, I should have gotten an attorney, but I was to stupid back then to know better. BamBam
Your attorney should be able to shoot down any charges, especially if no rights were read, no leagal councilor present and no RPG's for the search & seizure.
The police cannot just take anyones word and go ahead and search question without RPG's.
At the same time if a cop comes and tells you are you carrying dope or drugs, he is not allowed to search you without RPG's or consent. He may ask for identification and if you are not wanted and over 18 (in Canada), he has to let you go if there is no problem.
One thing for sure you need to do is go find the boy & girl!!!!!

I would concentrate on the violation of your rights. Don't go after the boy and girl. That's stupid. Don't drop to there level. Obviously they are trash, and if you sink to their level (retaliate), then your just as bad as them. Talking shit about doing something to them is one thing, but man-ing up and holding composure is another.

If he thinks they ratted him out he should find out if they did and what they said. Face to face contact will tell the truth if they are lying, instaed over the phone.
If he knows what was said then that would be in his dfence benefit.
It can all be done in a positive constructive manner to his benefit.

Holy shit man!!! Thats some serious business.... I would get in contact with the real authorities ASAP.
