I want to cut my body fat need advice! I'm currently at 14-15% Want to get to 10%*pic

what is this cutting nonsense? You need muscle. Your chest, arms, etc are all very soft. I would simply focus on heavy compound movements and eat a lot of natural protein (i.e. meat). I would not take any catabolic substances if I were you, as you are already emaciated and that would leave you with nothing but aromitizing body fat to make more estrogen. I think simple cardio, diet and heavy basics for one year would change your life completely.
 
ok ok, i'm mixed up. which pics are which? the first set of pics was your before, and the latter are current? did you lose that much of your gains? damn bro, you looked like you used to be almost 190 or so and your down to 175, yikes. and i don't think your 14-15%, i'm thinking lower. have you had your bf% checked?
 
clen and t3 is a great stack. DNP will definately get rid of your extra fat, but if you arent ready for that plunge, try thermorexin and yohimburn stack. that would work well too. if you need help or stuff just email me and id be happy to help!
 
firstly in the first pics your about 20% the second set maybe 15. you need diet and cardio. then when you get back down to the teens, and youve been working out for years and are stuck at a plateau then hit gear
 
Gotta agree with the Br0's here, keep training heavy with as clean a diet as possible, the abs will soon follow....

I dont know about that, hes not that fat at all, not much at all around the stomach, just a small dude.
 
no drugs!

diet + run 30 minutes with interval sprints eod and hit the heavy weights. you'll be happy in a couple months. It happens faster than you think...if you stick with it.

there is no quick fix with drugs man, huge mistake. so scary...T3! Clen! Tren!! Terrifying advice.

The before pictures was at my all time high 193 in 4-5 months. I stopped trying cuz the ladies told me I was to bulk and they liked me skinny and lean before, Kept spreading rumors I was on roids which I wasn't! So I dropped weight naturally worked-out here and there and the end result was a fat slob. (Thank you krispy Cream)

Also being bulk made my appearance look shorter. Although I can't deny I got a shit load of attention when I was big like girls saying "damn he's huge" (don't know if that was a good thing.) and other shit. I always had a whole bunch of guys wanting me to train them, but I got skinnier and now they don't even know I exist weird.

Now my goals have changed I want to put on LEAN gains why holding off the bodyfat.

Starting tomorrow I'm going to hit up trimax at a 40/40/20 diet. My total calories is going to be 1950 for a total of 4 weeks. For sure I'm going to lose muscle and fat but I want to lower the bodyfat before I bulk up again. I do plan on bulking in Aug again and later hitting the juice when I build a better base for it.

So let me get this straight... you stopped working out and turned into a slob because a few girls told you they didnt like the way you looked because you were getting too bulky???
