what is this cutting nonsense? You need muscle. Your chest, arms, etc are all very soft. I would simply focus on heavy compound movements and eat a lot of natural protein (i.e. meat). I would not take any catabolic substances if I were you, as you are already emaciated and that would leave you with nothing but aromitizing body fat to make more estrogen. I think simple cardio, diet and heavy basics for one year would change your life completely.
