I want to cut my body fat need advice! I'm currently at 14-15% Want to get to 10%*pic

Like everyone is saying bro...start with a good diet....and cardio is a must. I'd suggest the clen and even stacking it with T-Rex...thats what i'm doing after a few dudes talked about it. Do a search and you can find the thread on T-Rex and Clen. Talk to "Mr. X" as well...he's the T-Rex guru...he's got some good suggestions when it comes to burning fat.....
 
I'm looking at basically the same thing. My BF is about the same as yours (my arms are nowhere near the size of yours though). I actually finally cut soda out of my diet two weeks ago but haven't seen the kind of benefits i was expecting. I should proably cut down on the liquor. I have been doing a lot of cardio but am limited on time. What's your daily diet like? I'm eating about a dozen egg whites a day, that seems to have helped. Not sure about all the Muscle Milk I'm drinking because it has so much fat (and a little sugar). How much cardio are you doing?
 
I'm planning to hit up the AAS starting fall till winter and thats excatly what iwas shooting for test/tren

is ok to do cardio on clen?
 
Dude, do a cardio consisting of interval runs...jog 5 minutes, sprint 1, walk fast for 1 minute, sprint 1....do about 5-6 sets like that, then bump up to 8-10 when you get comfortable.....worked well for me.

The question you ask above really doesn't make me feel very good.......You need to educate yourself bro....No set of ABS is worth anything if your DEAD!!!!!! Clen is very dangerous....you need to cycle it 2 weeks on it and 2 weeks off of it....The sides can be potent too....Usually a first time user would take 1 tab and then increase one tab per day until sides arent tolerable..........Please educate yourself a lot more........and figure out what you want....you dont even know...you ask should i bulk first, should I cut....well, what do you want...do you want to get a lot bigger (more muscular) or are you happy with what you got, just want to get yourself some ABS?????? If all you want is ABS, then that isnt AAS---ABS is 90% DIET and 10% Cardio/Training/Rest...........

12 egg whites a day... that's like one meal for me. ;)
 
Well usually i have about 8 eggwhites for a meal. On a good day I'll eat 20 but that's if I'm at home the whole day. I spend very little time at home unfortunatley. It's hard to make omelettes at school or work.
