I want to cut my body fat need advice! I'm currently at 14-15% Want to get to 10%*pic

Forget all this advice...

YOu should work out first... diet after you have learned to workout properly

I want to get to 10% in 2 months I wanted to know if clen is a good choice in dropping fat quick? I read about albuterol seems safer but doesn't seem to be doing anything in terms of bodyfat.

I'm not really to concerned about dropping muscle I know it's expected I just want to look leaner. I thought about trimax but the recovery for that is very slow, then comes T3 what should I do?

I will be exercising but I just need that extra edge in the fight against fat!

Height - 5'8
W - 175
BF - 14% 15%

Yeah I did. I got lazy and was 100% with my diet last year. I got up to 250 at 14% body fat. You could still see four abs all day long.. but it wasn't the same.
I got my diet spot on again and did cardio a few times a week.
I walked on a treadmill for 20 minutes after each workout.

The first five would be on a 7% grade..
The next five on an 8% grade..
Then next five on a 9% grade..
The last five on a 10% grade..

You should really do it for longer than 20 minutes. Anything after 20 minutes is pure fat burn with no muscle loss! Its a trick I learned from a buddy of mine that goes 5'9" 275... you can't measure his body fat will calipers.. there is no reading....

1. is this before or after PW shake
2. how long do you think is optimal
3. holy shit... if there is no reading because it's so low ;) otherwise i don't want your advice.

I did it after working out before my post work out shake.
If you can do it go over 20 minutes. How long is up to you. The longer the better.
The guy is a freak. He has placed well at Nationals. He writes for a major bbing publication too.
 
If you want to drop fat, do it with diet. Before my 1st cycle I was on a TKD (Targeted Ketogenic Diet) that worked well for me to drop fat and hold muscle. I don't have them handy, but I posted pics back in March at 163.5 right before my 1st bulking cycle...

You have to build a solid base of overall muscle. You had big arms but no chest. Lots of bicep curls in the squat rack perchance? Now you almost look like Starvin' Marvin, but yet you want to lose fat?

Don't ever listen to broads when it comes to your body.

When I first saw this thread, I was curious to see the pics, becuase you say 5-8, 175...which is very close to what I am. In my new avatar, I am 5-8 183. We don't look even close to the same weight. (And like Slat, I don't do cardio either.)

If you want to see an amazing physique, find the Kingwinny pics, he is 5-8 190, and absolutely ripped. You need to put in the work, and not just 4-5 months of haphazard bench and curls either.

You have the potential based on your previous pics, but where you are now, you need to lift hard, eat right, and get your rest. The results will come. And they can come without gear.

shouldn't even be in the gym if you don't have your diet down

you worked out for 5 months then just stopped..... you shouldn't be using any drugs....

Absolutely, if you do your cardio PWO, then at a 70% rate, your glycogen stores/energy will be used up at the 20 min. mark and the remaining time which should be for a total of 45 min. to an hour will be your fat being used for energy expenditure.
