But disctinctly recall using it during chem classes.

figuring out the pressure change in a closed system from first principles, where a gas is either a product of, or reagent in, a reaction taking place at those conditions

Look around you and throw away everything that is made from plastic and enjoy with bacteria infested drinking water, houses made of weak bricks and really bad cement, your fruits and veggies would contain insects and fungus, you would die becaase there would be almost no antibiotics and medication and so on.

I wasn't really mad or nuthin'. I don't think I've ever really made a post in which I was genuinely angry here. I post when I'm not wearing any pants a lot, but never when I'm mad about something. I used to hate spending time around scientists back when I was in at the University of Ottawa. The Chemists in D'Iorio Hall were bad, but being around the Physicists in MacDonald Hall was the worst.
