I think you should be able to bike as long as you do more pushing and no pulling - on that leg anyway.

Running is out for sure until you get healed. The more you push it, the longer it will take. Be patient.

BTW - killer legs. Holy hawtness batman.

I pulled my quad in football. More annoying than anything because you restricted to how you can use it fro quite awhile.
You may even feel okay to jog, like I did but when I tried to sprint I hurt it again and was all the way back to square one.
Very very frustrating injury for sure.

Hurt my pysche more than anything. To feel like you're better just to be back at square one and standing on the sideline really sucks. My trainer had me feel around in my quad for bumps in the muscle which he said were something like dry blood built up. I would ice down my quad as cold as I could and then I'd give myself a very deep massage to break up the bumps. It was painful but it seemed to help somewhat. Your leg days are pretty intense!
 
Better that then a back injury. Try having a wrist, back, and ankel problem all at the same time. Sissy girl!!! WORK THROUGH IT!!!! Just kidding. Get better soon. LOL!

I was trying to give myself a little massage earlier at my desk and i noticed my co-workers were looking over. Im sure they were probably like wtf is wrong with this girl lol. I wasn't enjoying it or anything, It was painful... Im gonna ice it later on. I love leg days, my favorite body part to train. I get a rush, like a runners high sort of.
