She's a bit old and demented and she always writes my cousin's first name as my middle name on the package (I have no idea why).

Watch, your cousin is probably getting cookies with his name as his middle name and yours as his first. At her age, she might figure that it's better to be safe to be sorry. I wouldn't really be pissed until she starts sending packages addressed to "Unichild".
