I used 500mg/wk for 5weeks ( had to cut her short) with d-bol for first 3 at 25mg/day and gained 40 lbs still have 30 lbs right now (second week of clomid) and most of the strength is still there.
If I could do it again, I would:
1. Skip the d-bol and front load at 750-1000mg for first week (d-bol made me feel like shit and didn't allow me to do squats/deadlifts due to excruciating(sp) bACK pumps)
2. run the damn thing for 8-10 weeks.
I think 500mg is a good dose for a newbie! like me...
