I am even going to go so far as to refi my properties and pull the equity out (I am on the loan and deeds only) and develope a bad case of gambling and few round trip tickets to Vegas, right? I need to guarantee my future, not hers. It will be gone along time before any possible court.

Never been married so i can't speak from experience.

I don't think i could give her a second chance. I'm not a jealous person......but once i lose trust in someone, it's difficult to ever get it back........whatever the situation, be it business, relationships, friends, family etc. and that's what it boils down to.

The thing i find hard to understand is that the person who has been cheated on in the relationship is often the one who works hardest to salvage the marriage or relationship rather than the person who was unfaithfull.

It's honourable that you are looking out for the interests of your children, but you are a caring, feeling person too, and you also deserve the best in life........remember to keep your interests at heart in all this as well.

If it was me, i would move on. I wish you well whatever you decide

you'll never know for sure whats inside of another persons mind, thats where trust comes in and as you can see trust can and is always broken on some level. do what you can live with and if you chose to stay with her, you MUST forgive and forget. if you truely cant do that then it would be in everyones(you, her, the kids) best interest just to split and move on.

But there is NOTHING that pisses me off more than when two grown adults who made a conscious decision to become parents let their own feelings dictate their behavior as opposed to WHAT IS BEST FOR THEIR CHILDREN.
