so do i avoid the HCG i currently have on hand along with nova and clomids all together? or should i prolong my cycle by a few weeks and do some HCG that everyone is saying i should be doing throughout my SUST cycle? Also can you do me a huge favor and put a layout out for me in terms of what you said i should get and how much of it to do daily or what not in my case being i am on only a SUST only cycle for 4 months with nothing else added to my cycle. All help is greatly appreciated! THANKS!!!

you can start hcg straight after your last pin of sus.
Do that for 3 weeks till sus get out of your system
Take 1500 twice a week for 3 weeks.

Follow by pct with clomids for 4 weeks
Take 50mg Ed week 1
25mg Ed for last 3 week

You would be fine mate.

Hcg is fucking awesome in bringing natural production back.

I do hcg always with my cycle.
Follow by clomid pct.
And then jump on gear straight after.
But thats just me.

You should take complete time off and recover before starting new one.

^^^yes hcg is a weapon and should be used to kickstart any PCT. your nuts will plump up quickly on it
