what is lbm

Lean body mass. If you're "fat" then your first step is portion control. Start by cutting all your meals in half, then spreading those halves out. So, if you eat a turkey sub for lunch, cut it in half, eat the first half for lunch, then the next half at 2:30. That should speed up your metabolism a bit and give you more energy at the gym. You'll also feel less lethargic after meals.

Once you conquer that, work on slowly changing what you eat. Things like plain oatmeal and salad with fruit + eggs in place of dressings are hard to get used to but will really eliminate some major sources of calories from your diet.

If you want to hop on clen right away, that's certainly an option, but if you resort to chemicals before you've really changed the way you live your life, you may achieve short term success but it won't last. If you approach it from a "not a diet, but a lifestyle change", you can achieve long term success.

Once you've nailed your diet, you'll realize you don't have to eat perfect 100% of the time. I still eat ice cream (edy's light) pretty regularly. I've just eliminated those weekly pizza runs, heaping plates of pasta, and large lunches.

Good luck in whichever way you go!

Thanks stuck. Its not really that i eat alot, its when i eat. I tend to eat anywhere from 10pm - 2am. That kills me. I am on a commited low carb diet and have been losing weight. A few weeks ago i weighed 215lbs and now im at 199. But it just seems like i cant shake the 200 lb mark. It stays the same for days and i get pissed off and quit.

Also, im only drinking water too. Im done drinking everything else. Except for some occasional bacardi or absolut :P

congrats on your weight loss, and while I know you are kidding, alcohol is not your friend when you are trying to lose weight. Remember the hardest amount to lose are the last few lbs. Don't get discouraged because your rapid weight loss slows down or even stops for a while. It might be time to change your workout up to "shock" the body into losing more body fat.

If you goal is just to lose BF (body fat) and tone up, then I found a circuit training type routine always did me good and shocked my body. It is good at burning and then burning even more fat! OR, try to do cardio after your workouts when you have depleted your (glycogen) energy stores and are then dipping into fat as an energy source.

I agree with what everyone else said, no gear (clen or otherwise) is needed at this time. WHat is needed for you to continue your lifestyle change is to continue the cardio and weights, change your eating (both amount and what you eat) and then more cardio. Good luck man.

Alright, thanx man. I never tried the cardio after the workout. I always did it before. Maybe thats what my body needs to keep losing weight.

try cardio in the am before your first meal... if your about 200 lbs, should be eating no more than 25-2600 cals. space between 6-7 meals a day every 2- 2.5 hours.
example meals
meal #1 9 egg whites , 1 whole
1/2 cup oatmeal with some splenda and fruit ( blue/ strawberries)

meal #2 - turkey/ chicken sandwich on multigrain ( i like 15 grain bread) no mayonaise.

meal #3 - chicken with brown rice.

those are just some examples ..

No problem man and as sweed poiited out in the post above this one, cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is a good option as well if you have the time. I would bet either of these options would work better than doing your cardio before you lift. I always warm up at a light walk or pace on the eliptical trainer/treadmill for around7 minutes and get my body wamred up a little, get the blood flowing, etc. Then I do 1 sometimes 2 warm up sets of 12-15 reps depending on how stiff my muscles feel. I then lift resting 2.5 minutes on average between sets. However, sicne you are trying to lose fat, you might want to drop the weight down to where you can do say 3 sets of 12-14 reps with only a minutes rest in between. That will really keep your heart going and help burn calories more than how you would lift if trying to bulk up. I bet if you compile the advice here into a more fast paced calorie burning workout, you will notice some more weight loss in 1 month, especially if your diet is in check. Good luck bro.

bump...sounds familiar..i was a fat ass too...but you have to burn in your brain that diet is 85% of what you need to lose body fat..and its body fat you want to lose...who cares if you weigh 250lbs, if your body fat is ten percent your gonna look shredded..you know? dont concentrate on your weight, but rather your image in the mirror. you are your hardest critic, and scales can be decieving. as far as the drugs, push them away until you plateau, or the gains you make with them wont be very noticible..and that only leads to more drug use.keep your diet clean and stick on your cardio, and above all dont eat after 8pm, no matter what. then get on your clen and t3, and holy shit youll see a difference...trust me!

Thanks for all the advice guys, this is really helpfull. :)

There are sooo many types of diets i dont know what to do. Carbs, no carbs, cals.. I just lifted my lower body and ran 2.5 miles, then came in and made a steak with green beans and a pickle. Of course only drinking water. The diet is the hardest part for me honetly. I know im supposed to eat chicken, tuna, fish, salad, eggs, steak and oatmeal. I wasnt sure about anything else.
