I need help. Im new. My weight is.. (clen?)

also in between meals for a quick meal would be protein powder (whey) 2 scoops and oatmeal, 1/2c... i use a coffee grinder and grind the oatmeal into a finer powder, then just fill it with water and shake.. an easy 350 cals :) when u dont have time to eat.

Hmm, it seems that no one here cares about carbs. I was always taught that to lose weight u gotta be taking in like 30 or less g of carbs. It kills me the most on a diet. Im italian, i was raised on pasta 3 times a week lol. I miss it. :P

Is there a certain number of Grams of carbs that i should stay under?

thats why when u think of an older italian, u think a short fat dark haired man named tony. 30 grams of carbs a day is rough,.... the past couple weeks i was doing no carbs for 3-4 days... but i was precontest (not anymore) your body needs its carbs. but you need to only take in lower Gi carbs , brown rice, oatmeal, vegies, multi grain bread, and greens to loose the weight. sugar can really only be used post workouts. you could try cycling carbs.
 
I suggest you try something like Cardio Breeze to increase your metabolism and create more thermogenis to give you a better fat burning environment. If you can handle Thermorexin then use that instead. But you can't use it without food. Since you'll be doing empty stomach cardio you should try the Cardio Breeze first.

Alright, i just ordered some Egg white protein mix and a multi vitamin. I was really suprised the egg white mix has like no carbs. Also it had a ton of amino acids in it.
