I've been in the gym only 8 months, 22 years old, 158lbs, at 5'8". I'm skinny fat -- as in skinny that people think I have 10% bf then I take my shirt off and they see the gut and love handles. I seem to have a hard time gaining muscle and a hard time losing fat even though I eat really well (and I'm not just one of those people that thinks I eat well but in reality don't). I'm weak as hell -- my 10 rep bench is only 100lbs -- I'm weaker than even people that are smaller than me. I was introduced to juice by a dumb ass friend so I've used that way to early and was too small and weak to get big off of it. All I did was hurt my joints from trying to lift to heavy and from collagen synthesis suppression from test and tren. Now I need to make great gains naturally.
I eat great, I've posted my diet up recently if you want to see it, but I'm sure there is something there to tweak because I'm not an expert or anything. What I really need is all the other parts so I can get rid of the gut and stop looking like a 14yo in size. I'm trying hard but don't seem to get the results that others do. Could be my genetics, could be something else. I'd love to find out...
What better candidate is there than that?
