5'9 here, 24 y/o, bouncing around between 170-175. Using diet and some cardio i've gotten my bf down pretty low compared to your avg. dude, and have a 4-pack right now. I would def. say i am stuck right now though, and can't seem to cross that line to get RIPPED.

I am natty 5 life, and i've always wondered if i was capable of getting a legit 6-pack. I think if it is going to ever happen for me in my life, it would be under the strict guidance of a guru like yourself. The only supp i take is protein.

I would do anything you say without hesistation or complaining (though i like to ask questions so i can learn).

I really want a wreck to fix at first. skinny fat hard gainers and such.

but i also have a system to bring people that are good to the next echelon

i need some good bro influence

i have skinny fat genetics. I eat and train harder than alot of people but i'm naturally very weak and i don't think my genetics meant me to be a bodybuilder. only thing i have going for me is a small frame so muscle i put on looks more dramatic

juice has helped me to look somewhat decent but i have a fars way to go. strength sucks....

i still haven't found completely what works for me. my puberty gyno and underdeveloped chest completely ruin my physique (at least for me)

i'd follow wulfgar's advice to the tee

i'm about 5'8-5'9 180 right now...bf not sure. maybe 13-14%

i'd like to be 5'9 190 and 10%

weren't you on cycle recently? i thought you were 180ish?
 
Hey Wulfgar, Im the guy you helped in the other thread. Im not looking to cut, but bulk for the next few months, and cut for not this summer but next. Anyways If you want a ginni pig im definatly down, could be the 1 year step by step wulfgar recomposition program. :Chef:

Been training for 3 years, but about a year ago I got into a really bad car accident and dislocated my left shoulder and ripped some legiments( some fuck face side swiped my running a red), had to get surgery and now i have bolts in my shoulder. Lost so much mucle is ridiculous, but anyways im back lifting for a good while now and like you know planing to start a cycle.

Little about me:

Use to do alot of stupid shit, but I've matured across the years i guess. Don't drink anymore or do anything. Pretty much get up in the morning at 6, go to the gym, go to school (last class i need before uni) then go work an 8 hour shift, get home cook my meals for the next day, fuck around on the computer for a bit then start it all over again.

Lifting if pretty much were i go to relax/take out frustrations, and love it now.

Like i posted before I'm at 200-205 (22 yo), little more bf% then i like but getting there. After my accident it was hard to use those medical ruber elastics to do weight training with lol, now im doing much better.

My goals are to be around 220-230, very lean by next summer, i dont care about having a beach bod for this summer, always hoes either way :-) . Long term goal (3-5) years is to sit at 230-240 with bf% under the 10's. If it takes me less then great, more then im willing to work towards it.

Anywho problably more information then you wanted, so ill stop here :artist: .

180ish? nah man. I said in a thread one time that my goal was 180 9% bf and you said your goal was the same. That still is my long term goal but for the short term I want to hit hit 160 and drop my fat down to around 10-12%.

I was on a cycle recently but I had only started at 153. Long story short I had a dumb friend that got me into using gear way too early when he should have been teaching me proper eating and training. He talked up gear like it was magic and I would get big real quick. I believed him because he had used gear for a while and used to be a powerlifter. Basically had me do 3 cycles back to back. Never even mentioned PCT. I did it and didn't really start reading this site til the last cycle -- the prop/tren/mast. Thank god for that. He happened to move away at the beginning of that cycle so I started getting my info from here instead of him.
