i have a prior obligation (omega proj)

but im down to always try new things and get a feel for different types of training, because i feel there is no wrong way to eat a reices, as long as you eat the entire thing and go all out.

so when i finish up with omega proj do me do me!!!, ill be natty

In all seriousness, I'd love to do this, but I can't think of a solid reason to pick me over someone else. I work hard and I'm dedicated, but few here don't fall into that category.

i live by neffy so you only have to fly to one location to monitor our progress and show us the ropes, we can have 3some chestpoop meatups.

5 foot 9 about 240, put on some gut (about 30lbs) due to some injuries within the last year looking to get back to my athletic weight of 215-220

can i volunteer, i wanna get more info on how the program looks like.. i can pm u some pics, but im 5'10 190 8 percent body fat, goal get ripped, and maintain strength and maybe even get some .. i work out 6 times a week too..
