another outstanding thread! props to ya ma man. been wanting to check out the B12 for awhile and now I've got the info and the source links to get me there
there really is no scientific evidence that b12 will do anything for soomeone unlesss they have a deficiency. Having said that. it IS dirt cheap, really pretty candy apple red, and has lots of anedotal fans.
Food contains vitamins in it. Does that mean you grow a tolerance to food? I don't think so bro. B-12 is an essential nutrient the body needs. I'm not so sure cycling it is even needed.

food is different from vitamins- a world of diff....
This quote says it all.

It has a use but it is no miracle and the eventual effects will taper trust someone with experience.
There are sides to over dosing and over using which I won't go into here.
The only case where it will wear off if is if abnornally high amounts of b-12 are taken. If it is taken in doses to sustain a healthy amound of b-12 in your body, then it will not wear off. Think about it. Why would your body try to produce a tolerance to something it needs? It doesn't make sense. Your body will only grow a tolerance if you are feeding it TOO MUCH of an essential nutrient (note that essential nutrients are not in the same category with other foreign chemicals to the body).
