These are so easy and they work great on low carb diets. I can't believe how good these things are........

You need.......

One bowl

Two Scoops chocolate whey

32g of ANPB (you should have a food scale)

water

Directions......

Add the two scoops of chocolate whey to your bowl. Set the bowl on the scale and zero it out. Add 32g of ANPB. Mix. Add enough water to make it the consistency of pudding or brownie mix. Mix some more. Microwave it for a minute and a half. Let cool and enjoy. Hit me with karma :)

Macros: 57g Pro, 16g Cho, 24g Fat, 508 Total Kcal This may be slightly different depending on the brand of whey used.

This will also work nice with Vanilla whey and almond butter ;)

SL, is skippys all natural peanut butter alright to use even though it has palm oil in it?

I made them today and think I may have cooked a bit too long. It was kinda dry :( But tasty!!

There's a fine art to cooking Protein Brownies!!!

I like to under cook mine (about a minute) and the center stays gooey. I eat around the center and dip the pieces in the goo. Good stuff!!!

this sounds delicious as my biggest issue is sweet craving

+ karma though as little as i have

OMG! What have you done!? Why is it not snack time yet. This is getting a try at my house! LOL

Haha

Nice!!!!

I like the center to be gooey. I spread the delicious goo around like frosting. I could eat these three times a day. I usuay eat one pre bed on nonworkout days.

Btw..... I've tried them with other wheys and the choco myo is the best.

Vanilla plus ANPB

Mix to pudding-like consistency and put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes

It taste like butterscotch pudding

Made these with AlltheWheys Cupcake batter and crunchy peanut butter yesterday...DAMN! That was tasty!

brownies folr me wherent that good. i replaced the water with milk and added 1tbs dextrose and they are good.

this post rocks.

I'm going to have to try this...

any way to switch up the protein grind will make my life easier.

I'd give karma but idk how lol..

maybe someone will pm me how to do that. ?? :D

Do these not have too many carbs for keto? SL, could you point me in the right direction? I'm doing something wrong if I can eat these on keto. I'm eating steak, veggies(broccoli and green beans mostly), chicken, bacon and cheese mostly. I'm missing the fuck out!!!

I tried making these with zero carb whey isolate and it wasn't so good. The best whey I've had for these is the choc myofusion. I think the carbs from the myo might be too much for keto :(

Another recipe from you. I will also try this protein brownies. Your Keto pancakes
is also one that I will try.

Making this really made me realize how the term "Tablespoon" is misleading ... MY Tablespoon is usually packed ..lol when I weighed it it turned out to be close to 50G
32Grams seems like barely any ANPB don't you think?

I guess you could use more if it fits your macros.

When it comes to scale vs cup/tsp/tbsp there can be a very big discrepancy in actual weight.

50g would a be serving and a half of ANPB. Those kcal add up fast if you are dieting.

I really miss these. Is it alright to cut eating these twice a day SL?

Sure as long as it fits your daily macros and kcal requirements. If you are on a CKD diet two of these my knock you out of ketosis.

Mine didn't turn out so well tonight. Perhaps I cooked it too long, but I think I actually let it sit too long. It was hard as a rock when I got to it - tasted good, just dense and hard to chew, swallow. I'll try again tomorrow. I almost just got a spoon out and ate the "batter" instead of nuking it, it looked so tasty, like frosting!

I do not have a food scale, but approx. how many Tablespoons is 32g of PB?
