I got 2 pimples!!!!
All is good.. people are really noticing and making comments here at work... Creatine and protein is my "key phrase" Im up almost 10pounds!!! I have been eating a lot lately... always hungry. My calories have been increased by 500 calories or so... So Im sure my muscles are full. I havent had any bloat yet...
Workouts are really great!!! I only train 3 days per week but really want to start 6 days per week! LOL
But 3 days will be okay with me... Im a hitter, however I have increased my sets by 1-2 on each exercise.. Its all very good!!!
DO I have to ever stop???
