I lost 6 pounds...

I've dropped 18 pounds since I stopped lifting and do nothing but run. I think I like running, might even do some little 5k marathons, cause a 10k would certainly kill me. The sad part is even with all this running and zero lifting I'm still bigger and stronger than most of you genetically inferior scrawny fucks. So there.

I wish I were a genetically inferior skinny fuck...lol. I can gain muscle so easily it's nuts, but I gain fat just as easily...lol.
 
just an fyi

most people of south asian and carrbiean decent tend to store fat in female patterns

i.e hips, thighs,love handles etc... so if i eat shit i end up being round and brown!

I can lift heavy for 3 weeks and can gain 3-4 lbs of LBM naturally. It's all legs and back though. If I mess my diet up or if I'd start drinking regularly again, I'd probably put 5 lbs of fat on in the same 3 weeks. I'm not stocky though. My waist stays at 32-33, it's torso fat.

hmmmm...sounds similar to me. If I lift, my thighs, butt, calves and back gain really easily, but I keep a tiny waist. I never gain in my belly or torso. If I eat crap, which I have, I gain in my butt and inner and outer thighs.

My calves always look fat. They are BIG and no matter what I do, they lack definition.

I can't imagine you with fat in a "female pattern."
