Hey everyone, what's happenin?
I just thought I'd sign on and say hi. I've kinda changed a lot in the last half year. Since March I haven't used my car at all (other than driving it a few miles a month to keep it from falling apart).
I've biked everywhere, to work, to the store, to friends houses, to the bar/club, to meet dates, etc. And I get to put in a lot of miles cuz I live in the suburbs and all the fun happens in the city
Did a little lifting over the summer too, but i've been giving my job priority over it this last month since work has been busy.
I've also refused to eat any kind of sugar, except when I get it from a protein bar or something like that. And I still have milk and fruit too.
The great news is, I'm down about 10 lbs with the biking and diet changes and I haven't lost any muscle mass. And I'm not even close to starvin!
Anyhoo, I might lose some mass if I don't lift periodically, but I'm still trying to debate if lifting is even worth it. This whole biking thing rocks and chicks don't seem to mind.
Note: For all those wondering, I haven't lost my virginity, but I've met some good women and hope to meet some even better ones! I'm still the same ol' goony fyxgel/healother/p60 you all remember, tries too hard at times, and can be kinda dorky, but its ok.
