well until I moved out of the state, yeah he saw him every weekend. even though I hated that fuck and he never paid a dime of child support, i facilitated him to see his kid every weekend, which always entailed me either dropping the child off 30 minuies away or picking him up. dude didnt (doesnt still) even have a license. what a loser. lives in a house with his sister and her 4 kids. it's like hey you fuck, get a house of your own and a fucking drivers license. there are 16 yr olds out there with more to show for themselves than you, you waste of fucking space.

well there's good in everyone. but it was more my own stupidity and complete lack of having a fufking clue in life, that led me to marry that fucker. I did that to myself. I can only blame him for being a fucker, not for the fact that my marriage dissolved. That I take total responsibility for. SHould have never considered dating a loser like that, let alone marrying him.

I don't know your particular situation, however it seems really hard on you.

From a distance, the only advice I can give you is spend all the time you can with your daughter even if it means your ex-wife can go out and do what she wants.

In the end, you and your daughter will be closest. Sorry if I'm way off here.

jh, think of this as a blessing...
1. you know without a doubt that whatever conflicting feelings she had about where she was going in life... she's decided.

2. you ARE the better parent. every time you get inconvenienced because of her immaturity, its more time you can spend with your daughter, and more time that you get to be an even better parent.

hell, if you think it's going to be a real battle regarding custody, etc...then keep a record of everytime she doesnt keep her end of the bargain as far as picking the child up, etc. that can only work in your favor in the courtroom.

Record everything. write down times, dates who you talked to at the office for every little thing. Harness that anger for the interest of your little girl. I am guessing by the time you go to court you will have an encyclopedia of things to show the judge. I can understand the anger and frusteration but that little girl is the number one priority.
