hire a undercover to track her un-parental friendly deeds

Well.. who knows... that changes alot of circumstances... I can tell you I did want it to work - very much so, before her I had never wanted to get married or would have dreamed of agreeing to have a child.

We had agreed ahead of time that we were on the same page in terms of putting that party life behind, have our child and live life like normal adults.

Obviously, one of us couldn't follow through.

I thought of it... and I made her talk about it in front of her conselor to make sure she was thinking it through... that's alot of 'living' to give up...

I even brought up that how is it possible for someone to make a decision about giving up a period of life they can't understand yet - since they haven't lived through it.

I guess it was just a mistake from the get go.. I was the only one in the relationship with the ability to see that, she obviously couldn't no matter how much I asked her contemplate it.

Let me tell you from experience, when it is over. make it OVER! Don't go banging her on occasion, don't go out of your way for her, and do not talk to her unless neccessary! I tried be the nice guy after my ex and I split, and did all that shit, and you soon realize how much she is still taking advantage of you. She is only out for herself, she doesn't give a shit about you. Keep it about you and your kid bro. The sooner you are able to do that the better.

@ Lestat: Blow me assplant.. I have to try to protect my daughter, my ability to work, my income... and just about everything else I have worked for in my life.

Has nothing to do with my nuts. I'll stomp some fuggin heads in doing it, I have already and there's more on my list... it's frustrating along the way though... no way to go through this without that...

On the upside... I just killed the gym with my anger....

I understand what you are saying, but it is my daughter - I don't think I should have to be thankful for being able to see her... I know that probably just sounds like I am coming off as an ass - but this whole system is stacked against men... It's like I am guilty and have no chance of getting custody unless I can prove the woman guilty.

I need my wife / ex or not to be there for her child - I didn't sign up to do this on my own - and when she does shit like this, it's taken a step backwards - even if that's even possible.

We obviously aren't going to be together - but the one thing that we do have to make work is our agreements and our working relationship as it applies to our daughter - this is just more sabatoge. I cannot even work with her on that now....

At father's rights, they told me that statistics show that over 50% of men win when they fight for custody. Or you can do what my friend's dad did years ago. He shot out her back tire and said, "Bitch, you're not taking my boys." Scared her suffieciently. I'm not recommending this however since it's illegal.

Most likely that statistic is flawed. Reasoning: I am guessing that 90% never even start the fight unless they have really really really good cause. So of the 10% that already have cause... sure... over 50% win.

My attorney already advised me... I better have this shit locked down if I am going to ask for custody.

@ Gambino - the problem with PIs... I've been down this road... easy to show infidelity... but drugs? You have to get pics or video of them doing drugs... almost impossible, unless you get someone to infiltrate the group...
